Delivery

All deliveries are made with a courier company Speed AD. When finalizing the order, a module will open in which you must specify a courier office or an exact address in your town where you will receive the shipment. The value of the shipment will be estimated before you complete the order, and the cost of the courier service is at your expense.

  • A commission of 0.5% of the product value is added to the delivery amount for each cash on delivery. 
  • Your order may take 1 to 3 business days to process depending on the availability of the products you ordered. If some of the selected items are currently missing, we will contact you to clarify the details.
  • The deadline for delivery to the territory of the entire country by courier companies is from 2 to 20  working days and the courier undertakes to inform you about the day and time of delivery.
  • The shipping cost will be charged when finalizing your order and will be added to the final amount to be paid by cash on delivery or through the virtual POS terminal.
  • Each shipment is sent with a "VIEW" option. The user is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and to notify immediately in case of detected discrepancies, shortages and damages. If the user does not do this, it is assumed that the delivery has been accepted without objection.

 

Payment methods:

  • cash on delivery - payment in cash, upon delivery by courier company Speedy
  • bank transfer - after an invoice has been issued by us

Every user who has made a purchase at www.thelittleprince.bg has the right to return the products ordered by him within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, in case they are stored in the original packaging, unused, integrity is not violated on the packaging and are in the form in which they were received, incl. with full equipment and documentation, according to the terms of Article 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection. Every shipment sent with a courier company has a "VIEW" option. The user is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and immediately notify the courier in case of identified discrepancies, shortages and damages, without paying the invoiced payment. If the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them by courier, paying the shipping in both directions.

 

Orders that have been sent to your chosen office, but not claimed, are returned after the 5th day and your account is automatically deleted.
